System Group Manager (SGM)

To Our Valued Customers:

All SGI® computer systems with active software support agreements are entitled to the System Group Manager (SGM) feature that is in the Embedded Support Partner (ESP) application. The SGM feature requires a one-year node-locked key to run on your supported system.

To request a key, send an email with "SGM key" in the subject field.

Provide the following information in your e-mail request:

    Last name
    Company name
    Address
    Address
    City
    State or province
    Postal Code (ZIP)
    Country
    Phone number
    Extension (optional)
    Fax number (optional)
    Name of SGI contract representative

Operating System Information

In the following table, give the licenseID, lmhostid, OS version, serial number, and hostname of each system.

Use the following commands to find the licenseID, lmhostid, OS version, serial number, and host name of each system.
